AI for Your Real Work

Quick reference from your AI training session

Boundaries

GREEN Meeting notes, email drafts, reports, grant writing, website updates. Go ahead.
YELLOW External communications, client resources. Get a second pair of eyes first.
RED Client names, case notes, PII, clinical decisions, crisis assessment. Never.

When unsure:

Client info? Stop.

Going outside org? Get eyes on it.

Internal admin? Go ahead.

None of the above? Ask your team lead.

Prompt Tips

Give context. Tell Claude who you are, who the audience is, and what the output is for.

Be specific. Word counts, tone, format, and constraints all improve the result.

Iterate. Your first prompt is a starting point. Say "make it shorter" or "more formal" to refine.

Give examples. Paste a sample of what good looks like — Claude will match the style.
